“I was attending Steve’s English course organized by our company. I started at group of 3 students. By a coincidence, after a few years  it happened that I left alone from the whole group.   I told to my self –  It would be an hour and half of silence (I’m really not  a chatterbox and before I was in the group with 2 girls). But not with Steve. He was ready for every lesson, he is clever guy able to  talk enthusiastically about variety of topics. Sometimes these topics resulted from the textbook and sometimes from the life in general. Except the textbook we used a lot of other materials and tools that Steve had brought to the class – different listenings, professional texts, videos, quizzes, crosswords, word puzzles and other games, play roles, grammar practice papers, tests, etc. It was also great that Steve was able to explain to me some colloquial words and phrases – he comes from Detroit, so he must know it. Steve is typical American – always with smile on his face and with good mood, everything goes well and there is no problem.   I just wanted to improve my communication skills and I think I succeeded.  Now, thanks to Steve, I’m not afraid of talking – I still make mistakes, I know,  but what I want to say I do.

Steve nabízí velmi individuální přístup, když hodiny přizpůsobí Vašim preferencím. Kromě toho je velmi spolehlivý a flexibilní co se týče Vašich speciálních potřeb. Mým cílem, kterého jsem chtěl při našich hodinách dosáhnout, bylo zlepšení plynulosti mého mluveného projevu. Po zhruba roce je má úroveň mnohem vyšší a v angličtině, zejména právě v běžné mluvě, se cítím o dost sebevědoměji. Steve mi také pomáhal s přípravou na zkoušku C1 Advanced, která se mi i díky naší spolupráci povedla nadstandardně dobře.
